WHY THE MOVEMENT EXISTS
Intelligence today is routinely separated from its source: ideas disappear into companies; workers create value without durable attribution; institutions publish claims without showing their basis; platforms own the context around identities; AI generates conclusions without exposing what they rest on; narratives are revised while their history is erased. Freedom of Intelligence reverses that structure.
Expression remains free. Standing must be earned.
Not censorship — the end of epistemic impersonation: one kind of sentence pretending to be another.
THE CONSTITUTION · TEN ARTICLES · TYPE D — DECLARED LAW
INo claim floatsEvery truth-bearing proposition lands on receipts, exposes its derivation, declares itself forecast or interpretation, or remains visibly open.
IIReceipts remain with their sourceShared, cited, carried with permission — never silently absorbed into another narrative or rewritten by the institution they concern.
IIIClaims may change; history may not disappearŒdit changes wording, scope, type, support, and standing while preserving every prior version and the return that caused the change.
IVThe sovereign seat sealsSeven may inspect, decompose, challenge, and propose. Only the authorized human or institutional seat seals the next version.
VEvery intelligence may have a profilePerson, company, institution, product, AI, operator, project, team, relationship — how it assembled, what it can claim, what reality returned.
VIIndividuals are consent-firstA private person never becomes an involuntary public dossier. Their intelligence enters through sovereignty, consent, and chosen relationships.
VIIInstitutions are claim-firstDeliberate public claims may be mirrored, inspected, challenged, and answered. The seat grants a voice — not the power to erase another seat’s history.
VIIIRelationships retain their own intelligenceWhat each seat contributed, received, promised; what returned; what stayed open. Belongs to neither participant alone.
IXContributions remain attributableAn intern’s idea → a decision → a feature → an outcome. The path stays visible; the contribution never dissolves into the organization.
XThe law applies symmetricallyIndividuals, corporations, funds, governments, universities, Lakin, and Seven. Lakin cannot demand receipts while letting its own claims float.
THE STACK · WHAT EACH LAYER FREES
GetReceiptsThe freedom to preserve proof, provenance, contribution, and world-return.
ŒditThe freedom to inspect and revise claims without erasing their history.
LœgosThe freedom to analyze complex intelligence through a common workbench.
SevenThe freedom to interrogate the authorized graph and see how conclusions were reached.
PromiseMeThe freedom to preserve commitments until reality returns.
Cosmic LibraryThe freedom to retain knowledge, versions, and corrections through time.
ProfilesThe freedom to be represented through receipts rather than mythology.
LakinThe network and economy where sovereign intelligences meet and exchange value.
GetReceipts preserves intelligence. Œdit brings its claims into focus. Lœgos puts it to work. Seven makes it interrogable. Cosmic Library keeps its history. Lakin lets it travel and create value.
THE DECLARATION

If you contributed something that changed reality, there should be a receipt.

If a claim affects you, you should be able to inspect what allows it to stand.

If evidence changes, the claim should change — without its history being erased.

If an institution makes a public promise, the public should be able to ask what fulfills it.

If your contribution creates value, the path from your intelligence to that value should remain visible.

You should be able to carry what you know, made, learned, and what reality returned — without surrendering sovereignty.

THE IGNITION ACT
Œdit it.
Your résumé. A company profile. A venture memo. An annual report. An advertisement. A paper. An AI answer. Lakin’s own claims.
what is claimed → what supports it → its limits → who contributed → what contradicts → the strongest honest wording → who may seal
No one needs the philosophy first. They experience the freedom through the instrument — start with one sentence.
PREDICTION · TYPE F — FORECAST, PRESERVED AS A PRIOR
PERSONAL“Can I prove what my profile says?”
COMMERCIAL“Can this company prove what its website promises?”
INSTITUTIONAL“Can this fund prove it is founder-friendly? Can this employer prove its people are its greatest asset?”
AI“Why did Seven say this? Which receipts shaped the answer — and what did my seat exclude?”
End state: people stop accepting consequential intelligence that cannot show its work. The web reads less like advertising and more like a living, permissioned, continuously peer-reviewed literature.
